Following the delivery of two successful projects with Acre (Leeds Valley Park and The Rivers Office Park), Creativeworld were approached by Acre to help bring another opportunity to the market; Capability Green.

The Investment

Capability Green is regarded as one of the premier office parks in the North West M25 market as well as being the pre-eminent park of the M1 Corridor. The park totals approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and is set in 85 acres of landscaped grounds

What We Did

This brochure followed a similar vein to Valley Park Leeds. A strong visible identity and complementary colour scheme added impact to this ongoing portfolio collection. The print finishing remained consistent to that of Valley Park, reinforcing the Acre brand and the investment potential.

Investment Brochure and Data Room - Cushman & Wakefield

Saltire Court is a striking Grade A office building in a prime location which is situated in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, an area which has been voted Best Place to Live in the UK for three consecutive years in a row (2014, 15 and 16). The development is positioned at the base of Castle Rock, which means it benefits from an incredibly scenic view of the iconic Edinburgh Castle. With a combination of excellent opportunity and rare location, Saltire Court is the kind of development which doesn’t come to the market often.

The Brief

Cushman & Wakefield exclusively appointed Team Creative to produce the marketing material for the development, which needed to represent this incredibly unique opportunity to its maximum potential. Being in such a special location, the team needed to ensure that they perfectly captured all of Saltire Court’s unique benefits.

What We Did

We produced a 52 page layflat brochure which features a scodix varnish to the cover. Alongside this, we provided the bespoke location and aerial photography complete with a unique drone video which covered the entirety of the development. To complement the printed material, our in-house digital team created a website along with a secure dataroom. This meant the site could feature downloadable documents which could then be easily accessed through a secure login system.

The Final Product

As part of the marketing suite developed by the Creativeworld team, came the production of a uniquely finished luxury brochure to match the colourful personality of the investment on offer.

Firstly we commissioned a photographer for the site, this included daytime, evening and night shots to get across the vibrancy of Manchester at all times of day.

We then set to work on the brochure design and production. The designers again decided on the ever popular layflat binding finish which enables the use of images across the centre of the brochure without losing any of the impact in the spine.  We also decided on a soft touch laminate and spot gloss UV outer to create a quality finish.

Following many high-profile appointments in 2016, Creativeworld is delighted to announce our partnership with CBRE in developing, designing and producing the comprehensive marketing material for Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building.

History is made

For the first time in history, Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building has been put up for sale and we are incredibly proud to be a part of the process. The Grade I listed property originally opened in 1911 as the headquarters of the Royal Liver Assurance Group and once held the title of the tallest office building in Europe. The Liver Building remains an iconic symbol of Liverpool and dominates the city’s world famous waterfront. Owner Royal London Group, who acquired the building in its centenary year as part of a takeover, has instructed CBRE to sell the landmark site.

The Opportunity

It’s not often that such a unique opportunity to acquire a world-renowned, iconic asset comes to the market. With the building being in a city rich with heritage and a history of innovative culture, CBRE needed an agency who they knew would perfectly portray such a widely-regarded building. With this in mind, they decided to partner with leading Lancashire based marketing agency, Creativeworld, to capture what is arguably Liverpool’s most important building.

Creativeworld’s Simon Swindells had this to say about the appointment ‘We are thrilled that CBRE has partnered with Creativeworld to produce what has potentially been one the biggest property projects we have undertaken.’

What we did

A building of this calibre required something very special to match its iconic status. With this in mind, our in-house design team set to work on production. Firstly, our photographers paid several visits to the building to capture it in its best possible light; both day and night shots were taken which included location shots of the surrounding area to capture the vibrancy of the city. The brochure itself was designed in five colours, one of which was a special metallic copper. In addition to this, we chose the classic layflat binding for the finish. The outer case was covered with a special pelt touch material in which the Liver Building outline was debossed, with a copper foil used for the building name. As a finishing touch, we used a new technique being offered by our printer where the edges of the pages were sprayed with metallic copper ink.

We are incredibly proud to have produced the marketing material for Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building and we wish CBRE all best with the sale of the property.

The development is in one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in Europe and is part of a thriving business and leisure economy.

The appointment

Leading global real estate agents, Cushman & Wakefield needed an innovative creative agency they knew would execute a perfectly devised new marketing strategy. Having worked with Creativeworld on a host of high profile ventures, Cushman & Wakefield were confident that Team Creative would deliver.

The finished product

This opportunity required a unique new brochure to match the high specification development; this included a soft touch laminate and spot gloss UV varnish to the outer casebound cover, plus a spot uv varnish on the endpapers. The inner pages were printed in four colours and a specialist layflat binding technique was used to create a high-quality finish. We also supplied the bespoke photography which included aerial, internal and external shots, all of which perfectly captured the modern, high end development that is the Virgin Media House.
