ABOUT PROJECT SHORELINE

Project Shoreline is an impressive residential development opportunity that offers scale, an attractive coastal location and proximity to Dublin City Centre in a single lot. The opportunity extends to approximately 50.77 hectares (125 acres), making it one of the largest residential development opportunities available in Dublin.

WHAT WE DID

​Savills Ireland appointed the talented team at Creativeworld to develop a full marketing package for Project Shoreline. This involved the creation of a luxury 40-page oversized case bound brochure. As a special touch, the brochures outer covers were finished in a peregrina majectic kings blue and were complemented by kurz luxor and white gloss foiling to give it a slick, elegant appearance. In addition to this, came the creation of newspaper adverts which were placed in all the relevant publications. In addition to the printed material came the production of a dedicated website and secure data room, followed by a full HTML emailer campaign to direct the target audience to the Project Shoreline website.

 Given our impressive track record in producing the highest quality marketing literature, joint agents Savills Ireland and Eastdil Secured appointed Creativeworld to design and develop the marketing brochure for this 16-scheme portfolio.

WHAT WE DID

Our talented in-house design team created an oversized A4 76-page, case bound brochure. To complement to this, the brochure was wrapped in GF Smith twist paper to give it a high-quality feel and as an elegant finishing touch it featured a metallic satin warm gold foiling to the front and back cover and in contrast to this a black UV varnish to make the name of the scheme immediately identifiable.

To gain anticipation and excitement of the prestigious portfolio, the Creativeworld team created a teaser brochure for the agents to take to MIPPIM, the annual premier real estate event in Cannes.

ABOUT THE HSQ DEVELOPMENT

Heuston South Quarter (HSQ) is a landmark mixed-use development located in Dublin’s City Centre and offered investors the rare opportunity to acquire an iconic producing campus with further development potential.

HSQ included an iconic mixed-use campus comprising residential, office, retail and a development site, 266 luxury apartments, Grade A office space extending to 7,015 sq m as well as an additional 7,015 sq m of commercial space comprising both retail and own door office accommodation. To top this off with being in an excellent location, just 300 metres from Heuston Station and many other links, there’s no wonder why this excellent opportunity was snapped up by Developer Joe O’Reilly and Henderson Park Capital.

 

WHAT WE DID

Given our excellent track record with delivering high-quality marketing material to the commercial property market, we were appointed by Savills & Eastdil Secured to design the marketing brochure which would be sent out to interested parties. The Creativeworld team designed and produced a unique case bound brochure to match the scale and magnitude of the HSQ investment. The cover of the brochure was matt laminated for an elegant feel and came with subtle scodixing of keywords as a finishing touch.

Improving outcomes of maternity services in Lancashire and South Cumbria

Creativeworld Health has teamed up with Healthier Lancashire & South Cumbria to develop the marketing strategy for the Better Births programme, which is aimed at improving the outcomes of maternity services across the region.

The Five Year Forward View for Maternity and New-born Services (Better Births) was published in February 2016 and has now been followed by the NHS Long Term Plan as of January 2019 which has a dedicated chapter to future aspirations for maternity and child health. The overarching aim of Healthier Lancashire & South Cumbria Better Births is to improve safety, choice and personalisation of maternity services for women and their families.

Having worked with world-leading midwifery experts including All4Maternity, Midwifery Unit Network, The Practising Midwife and NHS Barts and being one of the leading health communication specialist agencies in the North West, Creativeworld were approached to utilise their expertise to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the initiative.

Working closely with the maternity transformation team, we developed a strategic marketing plan aligned to key priorities for the region. This included engagement and marketing support, insight and research, development of a communications strategy and delivery of the key objectives set within.

Creativeworld Health produced several assets including brochures, information leaflets, display materials, printed and promotional materials to drive awareness and understanding of the plans.

London is one of the world’s most visited retail destinations, with the West End attracting over 390 million visitors a year alone, many of which make Oxford Street and Bond Street their primary shopping destination.

With our wealth of knowledge and experience in the property investment market we were approached by world renowned commercial real estate giants JLL to develop a new identity and marketing for their mixed use opportunity in the heart of this vibrant location.

 

DATA ROOM CREATION

Our talented digital team developed and designed a new website for the investment which included one of our Creativeworld Data Room. With this functionality in place the site could feature downloadable documents which could then be accessed through a secure login system. The Data Room keeps track of user’s activity so you know which visitors have viewed and downloaded documents, allowing the ability to monitor love activity.

 

DETAILS MATTER

As part of the marketing suite developed by our Creativeworld team came the production of a uniquely finished luxury brochure to match the scale and magnitude of the investment on offer.

The outer cover featured a high quality GF Smith textured metallic finish with a white gold foiling over the top incorporating graphics inspired by the architecture of the building. The end papers of the brochure also featured a detailed skodex finish adding the perfect final element of class.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Metrocentre is one of only eight Super Regional Malls in England and is the largest of the Super Regional Malls and is currently ranked 4th in the UK Mall Score Rankings.

WHAT WE DID

This exclusive investment opportunity required a host of high quality material producing in order to best represent its unique character; this included a lay flat finish 44 page brochure with a textured board and a silver foiling to the outer. Our studio team took inspiration from the iconic Angel of the North, one of Newcastle’s most recognised landmarks.

To complement the printed material came the creation of a secure data room which featured a time lapse video of the investment, produced to represent the vibrancy and personality of the shopping centre.

Due to our vast experience in property investment marketing and our long standing working relationship with JLL, our Creativeworld team was exclusively selected to design, develop and produce a bespoke brochure for their Bedfont Lakes Investment.

THE INVESTMENT

New Square offered investors a unique opportunity to acquire a large unbroken office park in West London. The park provides significant inherent asset management and also development potential.

WHAT WE DID

A truly unique 34 page case bound brochure was specially designed  by the in house Creativeworld studio team. The brochure featured a bold scodix patterned finish to the outer front cover which also followed suit onto the brochures end papers, ensuring a classy elegant feel throughout. Within the brochure the team produced a set of location and internal photography to ensure the investment was seen in the best light.

Our team was exclusively appointed by the Cushman & Wakefield Office Investment team to create a new brand identity and marketing particulars for Six St. James’s Square after having previously worked with the agency on a whole host of their prized property investments.

THE INVESTMENT

Six St. James’s Square, one of the most prestigious addresses in London, is located in the heart of the exclusive and historic St. James’s district, in London’s West End. The area is internationally recognised as one of London’s premier office destinations and is regarded as the West End’s most esteemed and strategic business location.

QUALITY TO REFLECT THE PRODUCT

The Creativeworld team produced a unique luxury brochure to match the scale and magnitude of the investment. The front of the brochure was specially de-bossed to allow a bespoke plaque to be inset, complemented elegantly with a bronze foil text finish. The brochure itself featured high quality GF Smith paper along with a selection of elegant location photography, all of which was produced by Creativeworld.

DIGITAL OFFERING

On the digital side, our in-house team designed and developed a dedicated website and secure data room for the investment. The site features downloadable documents which can be accessed through a secure login system. THE WORK

We deigned and developed a retail themed 36 page case bound printed brochure, pdf brochure, location photography and a bespoke website with secure data room access.

ABOUT THE BRUNSWICK

The Brunswick was designed by Patrick Hodgkinson and Sir Leslie Martin in the mid 1960s as a state of the art residential shopping centre. The development of the property was completed in 1972, and achieved Grade II listed status in 2000. In 2005 a £24 million refurbishment was undertaken to upgrade it to modern retailing standards.

GOING DIGITAL

A custom built interactive website was designed and developed by our digital team. The site included a variety of fully downloadable documentation, which could be accessed through a secure login data room. Downloads could also be monitored through a statistics segment, with site traffic readily available to the vendor when called upon. The printed portfolio was also built into an interactive brochure format.
