ABOUT PROJECT SHORELINE

Project Shoreline is an impressive residential development opportunity that offers scale, an attractive coastal location and proximity to Dublin City Centre in a single lot. The opportunity extends to approximately 50.77 hectares (125 acres), making it one of the largest residential development opportunities available in Dublin.

WHAT WE DID

​Savills Ireland appointed the talented team at Creativeworld to develop a full marketing package for Project Shoreline. This involved the creation of a luxury 40-page oversized case bound brochure. As a special touch, the brochures outer covers were finished in a peregrina majectic kings blue and were complemented by kurz luxor and white gloss foiling to give it a slick, elegant appearance. In addition to this, came the creation of newspaper adverts which were placed in all the relevant publications. In addition to the printed material came the production of a dedicated website and secure data room, followed by a full HTML emailer campaign to direct the target audience to the Project Shoreline website.

 Given our impressive track record in producing the highest quality marketing literature, joint agents Savills Ireland and Eastdil Secured appointed Creativeworld to design and develop the marketing brochure for this 16-scheme portfolio.

WHAT WE DID

Our talented in-house design team created an oversized A4 76-page, case bound brochure. To complement to this, the brochure was wrapped in GF Smith twist paper to give it a high-quality feel and as an elegant finishing touch it featured a metallic satin warm gold foiling to the front and back cover and in contrast to this a black UV varnish to make the name of the scheme immediately identifiable.

To gain anticipation and excitement of the prestigious portfolio, the Creativeworld team created a teaser brochure for the agents to take to MIPPIM, the annual premier real estate event in Cannes.

ABOUT THE HSQ DEVELOPMENT

Heuston South Quarter (HSQ) is a landmark mixed-use development located in Dublin’s City Centre and offered investors the rare opportunity to acquire an iconic producing campus with further development potential.

HSQ included an iconic mixed-use campus comprising residential, office, retail and a development site, 266 luxury apartments, Grade A office space extending to 7,015 sq m as well as an additional 7,015 sq m of commercial space comprising both retail and own door office accommodation. To top this off with being in an excellent location, just 300 metres from Heuston Station and many other links, there’s no wonder why this excellent opportunity was snapped up by Developer Joe O’Reilly and Henderson Park Capital.

 

WHAT WE DID

Given our excellent track record with delivering high-quality marketing material to the commercial property market, we were appointed by Savills & Eastdil Secured to design the marketing brochure which would be sent out to interested parties. The Creativeworld team designed and produced a unique case bound brochure to match the scale and magnitude of the HSQ investment. The cover of the brochure was matt laminated for an elegant feel and came with subtle scodixing of keywords as a finishing touch.

ABOUT THE CLONBURRIS RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

The Clonburris development is made up of two lots. Combined together, the lots provide a unique opportunity to acquire over 100 acres of SDZ land in West Dublin.

WHAT WE DID

This exclusive investment opportunity required a host of high-quality material producing in order to best represent its unique offering. With this in mind, Savills knew that they needed a hard-hitting marketing strategy. Savills decided to opt for the full marketing suite at Creativeworld. This involved the production of a marketing video, drone photography, responsive website, email campaign, newspaper ads and a printed and PDF brochure for each lot.

Following the delivery of two successful projects with Acre (Leeds Valley Park and The Rivers Office Park), Creativeworld were approached by Acre to help bring another opportunity to the market; Capability Green.

The Investment

Capability Green is regarded as one of the premier office parks in the North West M25 market as well as being the pre-eminent park of the M1 Corridor. The park totals approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and is set in 85 acres of landscaped grounds

What We Did

This brochure followed a similar vein to Valley Park Leeds. A strong visible identity and complementary colour scheme added impact to this ongoing portfolio collection. The print finishing remained consistent to that of Valley Park, reinforcing the Acre brand and the investment potential.

Recently Creativeworld partnered with all4maternity to co-create, design and build a sophisticated new digital platform, designed to drive engagement with maternity workers across the globe.

WHAT WE DID

Through the co-creation stages we engaged with potential users and key stakeholders to fully understand the needs of the learning and progressive midwives, students and maternity workers. In the initial stage the group identified a number of gaps in the market which could be used as an opportunity to help advance the educational development for Midwives across the globe.

From this point we commenced the design process, again working closely with a dedicated team of potential users and innovators.

This saw the birth of a new website. The site has been developed in WordPress, in order for the project to be future proof we advised this as the direction of the solution, based on the strategy of the client for the next 3-5 years. The site allows easy navigation and has been launched in several languages around the world.

LEARNING, SHARING AND CARING

PUTTING THEIR USERS AT THE HEART OF IT ALL

At the heart of the project we looked to consider the users and their journey through the site; some come to learn, some to share and some to simply develop their essential knowledge about learning and caring. The objective was to deliver a solution like no other, to elevate the user’s experience continually, enable them to belong to a community that they could engage with and help further their own development at the same time. The site has now become the go to place for every maternity worker. It was key to ensure that the site would be able to deliver the information whilst maintaining easy navigation throughout.

DYNAMIC SOLUTION

The solution, which enables users to review articles from the past five years of archived content from its sister publication – The Practising Midwife, contains over 500 pages of essential support and relevant articles on various subjects relating to midwifery work. It also includes a full e-learning module library that is video based, enabling users to contribute these tests towards their CPD qualification. This is also an area for sharing experiences which has been created along with a repository of content from all around the globe. Through the integration of an e-commerce solution, members can purchase items from the online shop, place orders for monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions.

RESULTS

The web solution was launched at The Royal College of Midwives conference. For which we created a modular design system with a digital display integrated within the system. This brand-new exhibition system was designed to complement the features and benefits of the web solution. It also received high acclamation at the conference with over 1500 visitors to the stand during the two days and almost 400 subscribers joining the community that week.

With over 100,000 visits each month to the site, 20,000 of which being unique visits, the site has been an amazing success since the launch in October 2017. To date, the site has over 3000 subscribers, which also includes 560 free subscriptions gifted to midwives in low income countries as part of their one4one commitment to the global need.

A digital marketing campaign is currently running to support the promotion of the opportunities available to potential members, with over 20,000 facebook live views and almost 20,000 engagements on social media! The goals for the first year were achieved within the first 4 months of launch!

THEIR GOAL

Ecole Ruban Vert are an acclaimed international School, that were looking to increase their profile throughout the local region whilst also trying to appeal to an international audience.

EXCELLENCE, RESPECT AND VIRTUE

A unique consideration in this project was that there needed to be various translations for the School’s website and so we implemented this as part of the build. The site now includes English and French versions, while the Spanish translated version is currently under construction. The design style submitted, accurately reflected the style and environment of the School whilst emphasising their key values of excellence, respect and virtue. The home page design included links to a Virtual Tour of the School, Events, Vacancies, Application portal, news features and a simple easy to use navigation menu for visitors to the site to move quickly and easily through the site.

INCORPORATING SOCIAL

News and Social Media play a key role in the School communications and are therefore a key focus of the web solution, to further enhance the School’s profile through the site.

The Content Management System we chose to develop the solution was based on the client’s requirements to future proof the site. An important part of this was to make sure there was plenty of flexibility to integrate with third party platforms which included a Student Application process, a Vacancy system and an exclusive Virtual Tour of the campus.

Salus were also looking to develop a new brand identity. With this in mind, We started the process as we do with any redevelopment project, from scratch. It was important for Salus Evolution that their new identity was not only clean and current but in-keeping with what they represent as an organisation.

A Fresh Perspective

Salus Evolution are a new and vibrant health, safety, quality and environmental organisation. They approached Creativeworld to design and develop a new website to showcase the range of services on offer and their associated clients. Salus wanted a clean, professional and easy to navigate website will full content management system. In addition to this they instructed Creativeworld to design and develop their own personalised business cards. Salus also signed up to a monthly Seo maintenance package to help them remain competitive within their industry.

Student Castle is a National organisation that provides purpose built student accommodation in cities around the UK. Their mission is to ‘Create the ultimate university experience for the students who choose Student Castle’. Having worked with Student Castle for a number of years on several projects, they knew that Creativeworld had the creative resources to bring this project to life.

Sir John Rogersons Quay

With our incredibly experienced in house digital design team, production began on making from scratch, a new app for Student Castle users. The app allows Student Castle to send or schedule Push Notifications to all users, specific groups or custom segments. This was to keep the users engaged and up to date with the latest news about their accommodation and add extra value to the service that they offer, creating a more personal and interactive approach to communicating with their users.
