Cara Group opts for Digital Makeover for their 25th Anniversary

A decade on…
Almost a decade after Creativeworld originally designed the website for construction experts, Cara Group, they decided it was time to refresh their online presence. What better time to do so than in juncture with their 25-year anniversary; providing a great opportunity to showcase their achievements as a company and continue building on their successes.

Creativeworld worked with Cara to develop the design and structure of the website to ensure the brand was consistent throughout, partnered with a more graphical and interactive navigation.

“It was a pleasure working with the team at Creativeworld in developing our new website. We are very happy with the end result, which better represents our offering and the work we are capable of achieving in partnership with our clients.”

THEIR GOAL

Ecole Ruban Vert are an acclaimed international School, that were looking to increase their profile throughout the local region whilst also trying to appeal to an international audience.

EXCELLENCE, RESPECT AND VIRTUE

A unique consideration in this project was that there needed to be various translations for the School’s website and so we implemented this as part of the build. The site now includes English and French versions, while the Spanish translated version is currently under construction. The design style submitted, accurately reflected the style and environment of the School whilst emphasising their key values of excellence, respect and virtue. The home page design included links to a Virtual Tour of the School, Events, Vacancies, Application portal, news features and a simple easy to use navigation menu for visitors to the site to move quickly and easily through the site.

INCORPORATING SOCIAL

News and Social Media play a key role in the School communications and are therefore a key focus of the web solution, to further enhance the School’s profile through the site.

The Content Management System we chose to develop the solution was based on the client’s requirements to future proof the site. An important part of this was to make sure there was plenty of flexibility to integrate with third party platforms which included a Student Application process, a Vacancy system and an exclusive Virtual Tour of the campus.

NORTH VALLEY METAL

Website & Social Media

WHY TEAM CREATIVE

Creativeworld was officially commissioned by legendary manufacturer NVM, in late 2015, to produce a brand new website. Alongside this we also brought NVM into the world of social media in order to complement the new site and to reach a new audience.

THEIR GOALS

NVM wanted to kick the year off with an ‘easy-to-use’ catalogue style website which allowed their extensive client base quick online access to their wide range of products. NVM also wanted to delve into the vast social media market and tasked Creativeworld with creating, maintaining and managing their social presence.

WHAT WE DID

The nvmgroup.co.uk website we produced for North Valley Metal is an online catalogue to showcase the vast array of products they have available and made to order. We have integrated social media feeds into the new website and also included a promotions and featured product section, shop, news and case studies as well as a comprehensive PDF and Technical Datasheet download area. The website incorporates an easy to navigate menu system and advanced search facility to help customers get straight to the products and discover available options easily.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Creating a social media presence takes great patience and time in order for it to be successful. Creativeworld has brought NVM into the social media world with fully branded Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIN pages and continues to maintain their social media streams with the aim of increasing NVM’s client base.

I’m very happy with the work produced and the open dialogue we have between NVM and Creativeworld and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future across all of our platforms

MENDIT

Website & Promotional Material

WHY TEAM CREATIVE

Creativeworld was officially appointed by UK leading IT repair and warranty organisation MendIT, in late 2014, to create a brand new website and social media presence to help develop the company’s new digital ambitions.

THEIR GOALS

With our expert team of digital creatives at hand, we were perfectly placed to advise, develop and fulfil MendIT’s requirements in order to achieve their long term goals.

These goals were focused predominantly around a new digital marketing strategy as MendIT looked to gain more of a presence in the digital arena, in order to promote the brand’s service offering and ultimately generate new sales leads and brand recognition in the process.

WHAT WE DID

Team Creative designed and developed a brand new custom built website to spearhead the new digital push, along with a uniquely branded social media channel presence to match.

MendIT wanted a clean, contemporary site that delivered an enjoyable user experience and which had an emphasis on the highly specialised services they offer to customers.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Creating a strong digital marketing strategy that will stand the test of time isn’t something to be taken lightly and takes great consideration and planning to get it just right.

With MendIT looking to develop its client base not only locally, but on a national level, our team created a selection of new social media accounts which targeted specific demographics.

EXECUTIVE EVENTS

Website & Promotional Material

The Brief

We were approached by The Executive Events team as they were in need of some creative inspiration and direction. Enter Team Creative! The company was looking for a complete brand overhaul from logo design through to business stationery and had only two request, make it look good and make it purple.

Brand Development

We started the process as we do with and brand redevelopment, from scratch. It was important to Executive Events that their new identity was not only clean and current but in keeping with what they represent as a business.

With this in mind we developed something truly unique, incorporating both their musical influence and their desired colour scheme.

Going Digital

A large part of the project we developed with digital media in mind with the creation of a brand new corporate website. The site featured bespoke moving graphics and photography throughout along with a ‘one page’ layout and mobile friendly responsiveness template. Social media accounts were also created and design in line with the new brand identity.

CATHEDRAL QUARTER BLACKBURN

Brochure, Website & Promotional Material

WHY TEAMCREATIVE

We were delighted to be officially appointed by Blackburn with Darwen Council and Maple Grove Developments as the preferred marketing agency to design, develop and produce all marketing particulars for the most exciting development to come out of Blackburn in recent times, Cathedral Quarter.

We were originally invited to tender for the opportunity to produce a full marketing strategy for the exciting development by joint agents of the scheme Knight Frank and Trevor Dawson. With our extensive experience and reputation within the marketing industry, along with our unique portfolio offering of previous projects, we were perfectly placed to fulfil the requirements.

THE QUARTER

The £30 million Cathedral Quarter development is recognised for its significant architectural and historic importance, for not just the town, but across the North West.

The transformation across this 17 hectare site is set to create a special meeting place and gateway to the town, providing a unique and characterful place in the heart of Blackburn. This regeneration will provide new public and private open spaces in and around the Cathedral and in front of the main railway station and bus interchange. It is set to introduce new leisure and tourism uses into Blackburn town centre in order to enhance the “night time” offer to both local residents and visitors alike.

UNIQUE BRANDING

Team Creative’s first port of call was to develop a unique brand identity for Cathedral Quarter that would be used throughout the development’s future marketing campaigns. As with any new identity, it was imperative to get the look and feel of it correct from the start as the logo will be the first thing people look at and is usually the one thing they remember.

The logo our team designed cleverly depicts two key elements of Cathedral Quarter as a development. The first is the four dominant shapes that make the body of the logo; each shape representing a different element of the ‘quarter’. The second is the choice of logo colour palette; the unique selection of colours represent the Cathedral’s iconic stain glass windows, which are also featured in the two new office block designs.

INSPIRING A TOWN

With Cathedral Quarter being a brand new development, it was asked of our team to create an identity that would ‘inspire the town’. So that’s exactly what we did. As part of the marketing package, we produced some truly unique site hoardings stretching around the whole 17 hectare, site spanning over a distance of 500 metres.

DIGITAL CAMPAIGN

It was important to Blackburn with Darwen Council that the new scheme had a strong digital presence as they felt engaging with not only local businesses, but the general public, was important. With this in mind our digital team developed a truly bespoke social media strategy on a variety of different platforms tailored to the scheme’s needs, including a uniquely developed hashtag, #TheNewBlackburn.

BESPOKE WEBSITE

As part of Cathedral Quarter Blackburn’s digital presence came the design and development of a bespoke build website. The newly designed site features a selection of dedicated pages each representing a different element of the development’s vast array of opportunities. The team also built into the site an exciting social media hub ‘The Social Quarter’, an area that features a live Twitter and Facebook feed, the very latest PR stories and a full photo gallery.
