Long term client TDK approached Creativeworld to redevelop the website for their successful lighting company ‘Easylighting’. The new Easylighting eCommerce website was built with a fully responsive framework to ensure we created a seamless browsing experience for users shopping on different mobile devices.

The design was also refreshed to be more ‘lifestyle’ focused, creating a source of interior inspiration for shoppers using the site with a rotating image carousel. These updates included a change of company logos and web colour palette to be more in-keeping with current trends. We worked closely with TDK to ensure the website meets the needs of their customers, this included the most up to date payment systems to enable seamless transactions. Amazon Pay, PayPal and Braintree were among these systems implemented to create a secure and hassle free shopping experience for their users.

On the new website we included a new, more expansive menu system which allows the user to easily navigate to products immediately as they land on the website. A new Wishlist feature was added to allow users to save products for later within their account. Many improvements were also made to the bespoke content management system to enable the staff at TDK to continue to provide an excellent service for the Easylighting customers.

As Google are very strict with their website search algorithms, it is no secret having a mobile friendly website is favoured over one that isn’t, as a trustworthy, relevant source of content – the newly renovated Easylighting site has been futureproofed to ensure they remain a top UK seller of quality lighting and complementary accessories.

Almost a decade after Creativeworld originally designed the website for construction experts, Cara Group, they decided it was time to refresh their online presence. What better time to do so than in juncture with their 25-year anniversary; providing a great opportunity to showcase their achievements as a company and continue building on their successes.

THEIR GOAL

Ecole Ruban Vert are an acclaimed international School, that were looking to increase their profile throughout the local region whilst also trying to appeal to an international audience.

EXCELLENCE, RESPECT AND VIRTUE

A unique consideration in this project was that there needed to be various translations for the School’s website and so we implemented this as part of the build. The site now includes English and French versions, while the Spanish translated version is currently under construction. The design style submitted, accurately reflected the style and environment of the School whilst emphasising their key values of excellence, respect and virtue. The home page design included links to a Virtual Tour of the School, Events, Vacancies, Application portal, news features and a simple easy to use navigation menu for visitors to the site to move quickly and easily through the site.

INCORPORATING SOCIAL

News and Social Media play a key role in the School communications and are therefore a key focus of the web solution, to further enhance the School’s profile through the site.

The Content Management System we chose to develop the solution was based on the client’s requirements to future proof the site. An important part of this was to make sure there was plenty of flexibility to integrate with third party platforms which included a Student Application process, a Vacancy system and an exclusive Virtual Tour of the campus.

It was important for Salus Evolution that their new identity was not only clean and current but in-keeping with what they represent as an organisation.

Salus Evolution are a new and vibrant health, safety, quality and environmental organisation. They approached Creativeworld to design and develop a new website to showcase the range of services on offer and their associated clients. Salus wanted a clean, professional and easy to navigate website will full content management system. In addition to this they instructed Creativeworld to design and develop their own personalised business cards. Salus also signed up to a monthly Seo maintenance package to help them remain competitive within their industry.

The Lancastrian is an extremely exciting new development which is ideally located in New Cross, Manchester, a place which has been dubbed as ‘one of Manchester’s most vibrant and progressive neighbourhoods’.

The Lancastrian was designed for the build-to-rent market by Hodder & Partners and features an impressive specification including 274 contemporary apartments and two commercial units. To add to this, the development has two residential lounges, a gymnasium, 149 cycle spaces and 60 basement parking spaces. The development also benefits from being located in the heart of a northern powerhouse, being 10 minutes away from the central business district of Manchester.

The Creativeworld team produced a unique, casebound, layflat brochure to emulate the style of the modern development. In addition to the special binding, the brochure was printed in five colours, one of which was a metallic ink, which gave the printed material a classy, elegant feel. Throughout the brochure, the team selected a range of external and internal computer generated images along with location photos of Manchester, all of which perfectly represented an up market development inside a thriving city.

To complement the printed material, the in house digital studio team created and designed a personalised website and dataroom for the development. This allowed downloadable documents to be securely previewed via a bespoke login section. The bonus of opting for a secure data room allowed the clients the ability to monitor live activity of interested parties.

Creativeworld has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in property investment marketing. With this in mind, leading global real estate service firm, Cushman & Wakefield, appointed Team Creative to design and develop a bespoke brochure for the prime Intu Bromley shopping centre investment opportunity.

Bromley is one of the most significant retail, residential and commercial centres in London. Totalling approximately 500,000 sq ft, the scheme comprises over 120 shop units and is anchored by regional scale stores for Marks & Spencer and Debenhams. Other key retailers include H&M, Zara, Apple and New Look. Ultimately Intu Bromley is a high class, contemporary shopping centre providing a vibrant, fresh and modern retailing environment for world-class brands.

We created a 35 page, 5 colour printed brochure with 2 colour foil complete with a lay flat finish. In addition to this, we did all the interior and exterior photography of the site which allowed us to capture the high class, contemporary shopping centre. Alongside this we created a fully secure, optimized dataroom, complete with a secure user administration section, statistics and an optional ‘email latest document list’.

The property benefits from impeccable accessibility and attracts approximately 16.8 million visitors annually making it a globally recognised retail destination.

The Brief

With Blanchardstown being the biggest shopping centre in Ireland, Joint agents JLL and Eastdil Secured required a brochure complete with photography and a secure data room for potential investors. Most of all they needed an agency with experience and one they knew could get the job done to show the developments maximum potential. Leading Creative agency Creativeworld was commissioned to bring the opportunity to life.

What we did

The team produced a truly unique 76-page brochure complete with bespoke design, layout and artwork. The printed brochure was produced with several special features including a peltouch cover with foil and debossing, printed with metallic ink throughout, layflat binding which was topped off with a ribbon marker. In addition to this, the studio team converted the artwork into an interactive brochure, adding in a navigation bar for ease of use. The finishing touch was the design and production of a premium website to complement the brochure.

Over the past 30 years, Creativeworld has gathered a wealth of experience within the property investment market. With this in mind, Creativeworld were exclusively selected by joint agents JLL and BNP real estate to produce the Spencer Dock Investment brochure, complete with secure data rooms.

THE INVESTMENT

With a proposed mix of offices and hotels complete with residential and retail opportunities, the property presents a chance to create a vibrant urban quarter in the heart of Dublin City Centre. The development is complimented by a prime water frontage location, making the investment not only a profitable venture but an aesthetically desirable one also. Situated in the Heart of Dublin, with a strong demand for offices and residential properties the development is expected to provide an exciting and secure proposition.

WHAT WE DID

We created a unique 16 Page A3 Brochure with layflat binding, topped off with a foil cover, all of which was specifically and expertly designed by the in house creative studio to represent the vibrancy and personality of the project. To compliment the printed version, the brochure is also available as an online download, so potential buyers can get a closer look at Spencer Dock anywhere, anytime. In addition to this, the team created an in-depth secure data room, filled with a detailed specification of the project, complete with statistics and imagery.

The outer cover of the brochure featured a Carbon-X finish and two tone foiling, while the end papers included a themed skodix finish.

PRIME@OMEGA is a new, first class, cross docked warehouse, currently under construction and forming an integral part of the larger Omega development in Warrington; 3 miles away from the M6/M62 interchange.

The Brief

Agents JLL and DTRE wanted the exciting new development to be brought to life, with a strong recognisable brand, digital and hard copy marketing, complete with strategic and hard hitting signage. Being one of the UK’s leading property design and digital agencies, Creativeworld was appointed to deliver all of the above within a short timescale.

What we did

Creativeworld are responsible producing the initial branding and logo, followed by the digital launch mailing campaign, culminating with the final Prime@Omega marketing brochure, which allows a detailed overview of the scheme. To coincide with this, Creativeworld also designed and programmed PRIME’s responsive and informative website which allows easy navigation when viewing the project. The website also features it’s very own ready-to-download online brochure, permitting a closer look for online users. In addition to this, Creativeworld was responsible for producing the Scheme Signage Design, Artwork and Board Production.

Social Media

In this day and age, an online presence is arguably the most effective way of keeping your audience up to date with news. So, in accordance with this and to complement the website, Creativeworld was put in charge of creating and maintaining PRIME’s social media presence, in which the team is generating a ‘buzz’ around Warrington and the UK property market.

WHY TEAM CREATIVE

Creativeworld was officially commissioned by legendary manufacturer NVM, in late 2015, to produce a brand new website. Alongside this we also brought NVM into the world of social media in order to complement the new site and to reach a new audience.

THEIR GOALS

NVM wanted to kick the year off with an ‘easy-to-use’ catalogue style website which allowed their extensive client base quick online access to their wide range of products. NVM also wanted to delve into the vast social media market and tasked Creativeworld with creating, maintaining and managing their social presence.

WHAT WE DID

The nvmgroup.co.uk website we produced for North Valley Metal is an online catalogue to showcase the vast array of products they have available and made to order. We have integrated social media feeds into the new website and also included a promotions and featured product section, shop, news and case studies as well as a comprehensive PDF and Technical Datasheet download area. The website incorporates an easy to navigate menu system and advanced search facility to help customers get straight to the products and discover available options easily.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Creating a social media presence takes great patience and time in order for it to be successful. Creativeworld has brought NVM into the social media world with fully branded Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIN pages and continues to maintain their social media streams with the aim of increasing NVM’s client base.
