THE APPOINTMENT

With such a large-scale scheme coming to the market, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield turned to Team Creative with the assurance that they could deliver, as they have done with many other schemes of this magnitude before.

INSPIRATION

The client wanted the brochure to be minimalist in style whilst maintaining a high impact. Our talented in-house design team took inspiration from the typography and design of Neville Brody as well Apple product design, literature and packaging. Ultimately these different ideas all contributed to the team creating the concept for the design of the brochure.

What we did

In order to capture the magnitude of the scheme, our talented in house design team created a 68 page Layflat brochure with a spot UV varnish on the front and back covers. As a finishing touch the brochure was matt laminated throughout.

The Appointment

Having recently produced the marketing material for a number of developments based in Dublin, Creativeworld was appointed by renowned global real estate agents Savills. We were instructed to create the marketing material for the office development.

What we did

The job was to take this exciting new opportunity to the market with a unique brochure to match the style of the complex. The in-house studio design team Created a Scodex UV design on the front and back cover to match the branding of the office. The brochure itself was matt laminated and featured the popular layflat binding.

The Investment

Project Keirin offers an investor the opportunity to acquire a strategic UK retail park portfolio. The portfolio has been carefully assembled and comprises of 9 well located retail parks which total a huge 1.2 million sq ft of floor space. Acquisition provides the new buyer with immediate scale and large footprint in an attractive retail warehouse sector. The portfolio includes a huge amount of retail parks which cover the length and breadth of the UK including Cardiff, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Warrington and more.

What we did

The team set to work by producing bespoke design layouts complete with artwork for all nine individual properties, complete with location photography. The parks were then placed into a neat case bound 4 d-ring binder secured by a magnetic seal, with tabbed dividers to allow easy navigation to view the parks. The outer cover of the binder featured a matt laminate and spot UV varnish finish. Finally, artwork was also converted into an interactive brochure.

Following many high-profile appointments in 2016, Creativeworld is delighted to announce our partnership with CBRE in developing, designing and producing the comprehensive marketing material for Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building.

History is made

For the first time in history, Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building has been put up for sale and we are incredibly proud to be a part of the process. The Grade I listed property originally opened in 1911 as the headquarters of the Royal Liver Assurance Group and once held the title of the tallest office building in Europe. The Liver Building remains an iconic symbol of Liverpool and dominates the city’s world famous waterfront. Owner Royal London Group, who acquired the building in its centenary year as part of a takeover, has instructed CBRE to sell the landmark site.

The Opportunity

It’s not often that such a unique opportunity to acquire a world-renowned, iconic asset comes to the market. With the building being in a city rich with heritage and a history of innovative culture, CBRE needed an agency who they knew would perfectly portray such a widely-regarded building. With this in mind, they decided to partner with leading Lancashire based marketing agency, Creativeworld, to capture what is arguably Liverpool’s most important building.

Creativeworld’s Simon Swindells had this to say about the appointment ‘We are thrilled that CBRE has partnered with Creativeworld to produce what has potentially been one the biggest property projects we have undertaken.’

What we did

A building of this calibre required something very special to match its iconic status. With this in mind, our in-house design team set to work on production. Firstly, our photographers paid several visits to the building to capture it in its best possible light; both day and night shots were taken which included location shots of the surrounding area to capture the vibrancy of the city. The brochure itself was designed in five colours, one of which was a special metallic copper. In addition to this, we chose the classic layflat binding for the finish. The outer case was covered with a special pelt touch material in which the Liver Building outline was debossed, with a copper foil used for the building name. As a finishing touch, we used a new technique being offered by our printer where the edges of the pages were sprayed with metallic copper ink.

We are incredibly proud to have produced the marketing material for Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building and we wish CBRE all best with the sale of the property.

It is a modern, flexible and divisible headquarters style, 3 storey office building measuring 110,553 sq ft on a 7.83-acre site. The development is in one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in Europe and is part of a thriving business and leisure economy.

The appointment

Leading global real estate agents, Cushman & Wakefield needed an innovative creative agency they knew would execute a perfectly devised new marketing strategy. Having worked with Creativeworld on a host of high profile ventures, Cushman & Wakefield were confident that Team Creative would deliver.

The finished product

This opportunity required a unique new brochure to match the high specification development; this included a soft touch laminate and spot gloss UV varnish to the outer casebound cover, plus a spot uv varnish on the endpapers. The inner pages were printed in four colours and a specialist layflat binding technique was used to create a high-quality finish. We also supplied the bespoke photography which included aerial, internal and external shots, all of which perfectly captured the modern, high end development that is the Virgin Media House.

The Lancastrian is an extremely exciting new development which is ideally located in New Cross, Manchester, a place which has been dubbed as ‘one of Manchester’s most vibrant and progressive neighbourhoods’.

The Lancastrian was designed for the build-to-rent market by Hodder & Partners and features an impressive specification including 274 contemporary apartments and two commercial units. To add to this, the development has two residential lounges, a gymnasium, 149 cycle spaces and 60 basement parking spaces. The development also benefits from being located in the heart of a northern powerhouse, being 10 minutes away from the central business district of Manchester.

The Creativeworld team produced a unique, casebound, layflat brochure to emulate the style of the modern development. In addition to the special binding, the brochure was printed in five colours, one of which was a metallic ink, which gave the printed material a classy, elegant feel. Throughout the brochure, the team selected a range of external and internal computer generated images along with location photos of Manchester, all of which perfectly represented an up market development inside a thriving city.

To complement the printed material, the in house digital studio team created and designed a personalised website and dataroom for the development. This allowed downloadable documents to be securely previewed via a bespoke login section. The bonus of opting for a secure data room allowed the clients the ability to monitor live activity of interested parties.

The Brief

With Blanchardstown being the biggest shopping centre in Ireland, Joint agents JLL and Eastdil Secured required a brochure complete with photography and a secure data room for potential investors. Most of all they needed an agency with experience and one they knew could get the job done to show the developments maximum potential. Leading Creative agency Creativeworld was commissioned to bring the opportunity to life.

What we did

The team produced a truly unique 76-page brochure complete with bespoke design, layout and artwork. The printed brochure was produced with several special features including a peltouch cover with foil and debossing, printed with metallic ink throughout, layflat binding which was topped off with a ribbon marker. In addition to this, the studio team converted the artwork into an interactive brochure, adding in a navigation bar for ease of use. The finishing touch was the design and production of a premium website to complement the brochure.
