WHAT WE DID

We were commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield, a tenant in the property, to design an investment brochure that reflected the quality of this striking headquarters office building on Portman Square, one of the West End’s prime garden squares. We achieved this by utilising quality finishes; foil blocking elements on the cover, applying a special varnish to the images and using superior quality papers throughout. With offers invited in excess of £127 million, the price reflected London’s position as a safe haven amid the economic volatility and limited opportunities to secure such prime real estate within London’s West End.

THE SCHEME

The Boardwalk is situated on the corner of Little Peter Street and Hewitt Street. The property is located in the trendy area of Knott Mill, which is situated at the southern edge of Deansgate. The building benifits from excellent access to both the local and national transport network. Deansgate Station lies within a 2 minute walk which provides direct access to Piccadilly Station and the national railway network.

THE BRIEF

Our design team was appointed by Manchester based commercial property agency Canning O’Neill to create a unique letting brochure  for the  office scheme as they sought to build a tailor-made strategy ready to launch it to the market.

PICTURE PERFECT

The marketing literature our team produced included a bespoke square folder and a spherical insert taking inspiration from old school vinyl records. The printed material featured a variety of stunning external and internal photography of the building showcasing the schemes full offering.

THE BRIEF

With our reputation in the commercial property market and with our ever growing collection of bespoke brochures, we were exclusively appointed by leading property agency CBRE to design, develop and produce a full marketing campaign for their Trafford Centre scheme, Horizon.

The marketing literature our team produced, which was unveiled to the North West commercial property market in 2011 included a bespoke twelve page brochure with a variety of custom drawn maps and floor plans throughout, demonstrating the scheme’s key features and selling points. The printed material also featured a spot uv finish throughout giving the brochure an eye catching look and feel.  Striking external and internal and local amenity photography was also taken, along with the design and installation of new letting signage.
