ABOUT THE SCHEME

Portman Square House is located in the heart if the West End. The area is characterised by high quality office accommodation, world-class shopping and highly sought after residential addresses in both Marylebone and nearby Mayfair.

WHAT WE DID

We were commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield, a tenant in the property, to design an investment brochure that reflected the quality of this striking headquarters office building on Portman Square, one of the West End’s prime garden squares. We achieved this by utilising quality finishes; foil blocking elements on the cover, applying a special varnish to the images and using superior quality papers throughout. With offers invited in excess of £127 million, the price reflected London’s position as a safe haven amid the economic volatility and limited opportunities to secure such prime real estate within London’s West End.

THE BRIEF

With our reputation in the commercial property market and with our ever growing collection of bespoke brochures, we were exclusively appointed by leading property agency CBRE to design, develop and produce a full marketing campaign for their Trafford Centre scheme, Horizon.

WHAT WE DID

As one of the UK’s most recognised commercial property marketing agencies, we were able to offer all the required skills and guidance needed to create a stunning range of marketing particulars for the scheme.

The marketing literature our team produced, which was unveiled to the North West commercial property market in 2011 included a bespoke twelve page brochure with a variety of custom drawn maps and floor plans throughout, demonstrating the scheme’s key features and selling points. The printed material also featured a spot uv finish throughout giving the brochure an eye catching look and feel. Striking external and internal and local amenity photography was also taken, along with the design and installation of new letting signage.

THE BRIEF

With our reputation in commercial property marketing and with our ever growing collection of bespoke brochures under our belt, we were exclusively appointed by CBRE to create and produce a full marketing campaign for Colwyn Chambers.

WHAT WE DID

The marketing literature our team produced, which was unveiled to the North West commercial property market included four page brochure with a variety of custom drawn maps, demonstrating the scheme’s key features and selling points. The printed material featured a matt finish throughout along with a 4 colour process.

PICTURE PERFECT

Striking location and internal photography was also taken, along with the design and installation of new letting signage.

The area also benifits from the West Coast Mainline Rail Freight connection and local occupiers include the 20:20 Logistics, The Stationers and Tesco.

The printed material also featured a spot uv finish throughout giving the brochure an eye catching look and feel. External and internal photography was also taken as part of the project, along with the design and installation of new letting signage. Our digital team also designed a tailor made website as part of the scheme’s marketing strategy. The site featured a selection of fully downloadable documents.

OUR BACKGROUND

We have worked with Manchester based commercial property agency Edwards & Co for a number of years, creating marketing particulars for their team for a whole host of property instructions. With this particular project we were asked to create a new corporate website for the company which would not only be informative and memorable to visitors, but also offer the ability for clients to specifically search for particular properties from their database.

WHAT WE DID

Our digital team set to work creating a website that carried with it the Edwards & Co colour palette throughout, making the site eye-catching and on brand. The homepage featured a property search tool which allows users to easily navigate through each property on offer, depending on their requirements. The website also included a dedicated team page and full social media integration, linking to their official Twitter feed.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Lewis Ellis LLP comprises a team of highly motivated and skilled professionals who operate throughout the UK, in all market sectors. The firm’s five partners are all Chartered Surveyors and each have between 15 – 34 years’ experience in the UK property investment market being ex-partners of either CB Richard Ellis or Jones Lang LaSalle. All professional staff are fellows or members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

THE JOB

We were exclusively appointed by London based investment specialists Lewis Ellis as they required a new corporate website designing and developing. The new site needed to demonstrate Lewis Ellis’ professional image throughout and also feature an area to showcase their latest sales opportunities.

THE PERSONAL TOUCH

The new site our team created included a dedicated team page allowing visitors to view individual members of the Lewis Ellis team with individuals direct contact details and personal biographies. By incorporating a team page it gives the website a unique personality and offers potential customers an opportunity to instantly familiarise themselves with Lewis Ellis as a company.
