We’ve been very busy and we are delighted to finally announce that as a result of our continuing growth as a company, we now have our very own Dublin office.

Our background:

Having worked in the Property Marketing industry for 30 years as a dedicated creative agency, it’s fair to say that Creativeworld has covered the length and breadth of the United Kingdom, creating bespoke marketing material for countless major schemes. As a result of our continued success within the Irish Property Market, it was the natural course of action to open up our new home.

It began with Ulysees…

With every success story, there’s always a starting point. We’re going to take you back to where it all began, 5 years ago when Creativeworld was instructed on its first project within Ireland. At that time, we were well established within the UK property market and decided it was the right time to expand, turning our attention to the Irish Property market. Having already worked with clients such as Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, JLL and many more, we already had a fantastic reputation overseas. However, our relationship with the Irish property market all started with our first instruction from JLL on the Ulysses Portfolio. After the team delivered on the project, word began to spread about Creativeworld. Since then, the Creativeworld team has enjoyed incredible success and has been appointed on some of Ireland’s most high-profile investment opportunities.

Why now?

Within the last 12 months, Creativeworld has seen the Irish property investment market soar, and on the back of this, we knew that 2019 would be the right time to open our new office.

Director James Wood had this to say about the expansion:

‘These are really exciting times for us as a business. Our new office gives us a stronger presence within Ireland as well as a new creative space to collaborate and work closer with our clients.’

Having been at Creativeworld for nearly a decade, James has developed an unrivalled wealth of knowledge and experience within the property marketing industry and has been the driving force behind Creativeworld’s expansion across the UK and Ireland. This latest appointment comes as no surprise as James has excelled in his role as Sales Manager.

On the appointment Creativeworld’s MD, Clive Wood added:

“As one of the UK’s leading property marketing agencies we are growing rapidly, and we know that James will be the best person to front this expansion. James’s knowledge and approach to property marketing is exceptional and with his strong client connections within the industry we are looking forward to developing even more opportunities with him. These are exciting times for us all here at Creativeworld.”

Here’s what James has to say after being promoted to Director:

‘I am delighted to have been appointed as director at Creativeworld. I pride myself on building excellent working relationships with my clients as well as building a wealth of knowledge which allows me to truly understand their needs and how to deliver on their projects. Find out more about our expansion into Ireland here

We sat down with James to talk about his new position at Creativeworld

The Full transcript of the interview is below :

How long have you been at Creativeworld?

JW: Coming up to eight and a half years.

What’s your role at Creativeworld?

JW: My main role is to develop new leads and maintain relationships with my current clients. I’ve recently taken on the responsibility of setting up a new office in Dublin due to the recent success we’ve had in Ireland

How do you feel about becoming a director?

JW: I’m happy. It’s good to see that hard work pays off. If anything, it’s probably made me more focused I want to take the company to the next level and I’m looking forward to seeing the day to day running of the business and getting involved in that.

What are you most excited about for Creativeworld’s future?

JW: The futures looking positive, we’re expanding, growing year on year. I’m excited about the new location in Dublin, I’ve also been trusted to set that up, but having it will make it a lot easier to liaise with existing clients but also develop new ones. The UK might be trickier to predict, given the current political situation. There are many different views on how the market might react to the Brexit Outcome. All we can do is keep doing what we’re doing and hope for a solution that will have a positive impact on both the UK and the Irish property market.

Creativeworld and the Royal Liver Building https://www.creativeworld.co.uk/creativeworld-and-the-royal-liver-building/ https://www.creativeworld.co.uk/creativeworld-and-the-royal-liver-building/#respond Mon, 28 Nov 2016 16:54:08 +0000 http://www.creativeworld.co.uk/?p=11361 Following many high-profile appointments in 2016, Creativeworld is delighted to announce our partnership with CBRE in developing, designing and producing the comprehensive marketing material for Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building.

For the first time in history, Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building has been put up for sale and we are incredibly proud to be a part of the process. The Grade I listed property originally opened in 1911 as the headquarters of the Royal Liver Assurance Group and once held the title of the tallest office building in Europe. The Liver Building remains an iconic symbol of Liverpool and dominates the city’s world famous waterfront.  Owner Royal London Group, who acquired the building in its centenary year as part of a takeover, has instructed CBRE to sell the landmark site.

It’s not often that such a unique opportunity to acquire a world-renowned, iconic asset comes to the market. With the building being in a city rich with heritage and a history of innovative culture, CBRE needed an agency who they knew would perfectly portray such a widely-regarded building. With this in mind, they decided to partner with leading Lancashire based marketing agency, Creativeworld, to capture what is arguably Liverpool’s most important building.

Creativeworld’s Simon Swindells had this to say about the appointment: ‘We are thrilled that CBRE has partnered with Creativeworld to produce what has potentially been one the biggest property projects we have undertaken.’

Liver Building Brochure

A building of this calibre required something very special to match its iconic status. With this in mind, our in-house design team set to work on production. Firstly, our photographers paid several visits to the building to capture it in its best possible light; both day and night shots were taken which included location shots of the surrounding area to capture the vibrancy of the city. The brochure itself was designed in five colours, one of which was a special metallic copper. In addition to this, we chose the classic layflat binding for the finish. The outer case was covered with a special pelt touch material in which the Liver Building outline was debossed, with a copper foil used for the building name. As a finishing touch, we used a new technique being offered by our printer where the edges of the pages were sprayed with metallic copper ink.

Creativeworld and the Royal Liver Building

We are incredibly proud to have produced the marketing material for Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building and we wish CBRE all the best with the sale of the property. We would also like to add a special thank you to Kingsbury Press for printing the brochure.

Creativeworld Is The PRIME Choice https://www.creativeworld.co.uk/creativeworld-is-the-prime-choice/ https://www.creativeworld.co.uk/creativeworld-is-the-prime-choice/#respond Wed, 15 Jun 2016 10:47:54 +0000 http://www.creativeworld.co.uk/?p=10109 #TeamCreative brings to life PRIME@OMEGA; the largest cross docked warehouse in the UK.

Creativeworld was officially commissioned by leading UK logistics developer, London & Metric and their retained agents JLL & DTRE to design, develop and bring to life what will be the biggest speculative cross docked warehouse facility in the UK.

Prime@Omega forms an integral part of the larger Omega development in Warrington; 3 miles away from the M6/M62 interchange. Agents JLL and DTRE wanted the exciting new development to be brought to life, with a strong recognisable brand, digital and hard copy marketing, complete with strategic and hard hitting signage. Being one of the UK’s leading property design and digital agencies, Creativeworld was appointed to deliver all of the above within a short timescale.

What we did:

The Prime@Omega marketing has raised eyebrows from the initial branding and logo. This was followed by the intriguing digital launch mailing campaign, culminating with the final Prime@Omega marketing brochure, this allows interested parties to take a look at the impressive scheme overview and specification. The brochure also gives an in-depth view of the strategic location of the site, complete with detailed analysis of the impressive demographics and opportunities PRIME offers. To coincide with this, Creativeworld also designed and programmed PRIME’s responsive and informative website which allows easy navigation. The website also features it’s very own ready-to-download online brochure, permitting a closer look for online users.

Social Media:

In this day and age, an online presence is arguably the most effective way of keeping your audience up to date with news. So, in accordance to this and to complement the website, Creativeworld was put in charge of creating and maintaining PRIME’s social media presence. The team has set their PRIME goal in generating a ‘buzz’ around Warrington and the UK property market.

The London Launch:

Team Creative was also personally invited down to the exclusive London launch which was held at the Houses of Parliament. At the event, we showcased the pop up display system which Creativeworld also produced and delivered as well as distributing the bespoke Prime brochure.
